I went to Daniel/Sphere with an impossible task: Find me a top notch replacement Senior CSM who will fit perfectly into my company's culture and who can start in 4 weeks and be available for a handover beforehand. Done and done. I don't think we could have found a better match and the timelines are being met perfectly.

Daniel was able to get me solid CVs the day after we met and I really appreciated his clear communication and how he always shared the salary expectations and potential start dates with each profile which . made the whole process even more flawless.
