"Jim Lawrence make quality products"

All the team at Jim Lawrence gave me excellent help when purchasing stair rods.
The house is arts and crafts, Glasgow style, built 1910. The stair rods fit in beautifully. Equally the simplicity of the rods would suit any style of home. I have now had the rods fitted over six months and I am thrilled with them. They look so appropriate and my fitter too was equally impressed with the quality.

I bought the Chapel curtain poles and brackets but the screws supped were too short. My builder said they would never have held the weight. Had to buy screws double the length.

"Quality products"

We also ordered a pair of Higham table lamps. We had to wait quite a while for delivery but we are really pleased with them - a top quality product.
The only downside was the delivery. The boxes were very badly damaged on arrival. Fortunately the lamps were ok.

I am delighted with the table lamp and shade I ordered from Jim Lawrence. The quality of both is fantastic and the customer service I received was excellent. Prior to ordering, I asked for several fabric swatches be provided which was done immediately. I also asked that delivery be delayed until I returned from a short break, which was complied with. I would thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation.

I had a problem with a delayed delivery due to one item not being ready to ship, and they quickly refunded that one item on the phone and organised for the warehouse to ship the rest in an expedited delivery. It arrived the next day. They had all the information to hand and solved the issue instantly. A small detail but I really appreciated this type of seamless service which unfortunately does not come as standard these days! Lovely product too.

My builder badly scratched one of the hinges I purchased from Jim Lawrence when they were hanging one of my lovely rustic oak doors. I was gutted and rang Jim Lawrence to see if they had any suggestions. They did, and sent me a small pot of touch up paint in the post, free of charge. I'm so grateful! Thanks Jim Lawrence!

"Refurbishment Service"

My Jim Lawrence Coach Lantern was looking in need of refurbishment after nearly 15 years exposed to the elements. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged for it to be collected and taken back to base for reworking. I took delivery of it today and am delighted because it looks like new. This is such a great service and scores highly in the sustainability stakes. Well done and thank you for a great job done!
