I recently purchased a Moroccan sink and I couldn't be happier! The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning — every detail feels so authentic and unique. You can really tell it’s handmade with care. It brought so much character and warmth to my bathroom, and all my guests keep asking where I got it from. The quality is excellent too, very solid and well-finished. I recently purchased a sink from this seller. The issue was that I didn’t receive any order confirmation after paying even after many days. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the confirmation number after paying. I will admit that for this reason, initially I thought this was a scam, so I emailed them.
From that point onwards, the communication was quick and clear. The delivery was delayed slightly due to the Eid holidays, but tracking details were sent immediately after the seller confirmed the shipping. The seller Bill maintained regular communication informing me when my sink was ready and up for shipping. When the product actually arrived, it was extremely well packed.
It appears that the pieces are crafted in Morocco and shipped worldwide.
Absolutely exceptional work of art, we could tell it was fully handpainted. Definitely a statement piece in the washroom. This is a very legitimate and hardworking seller crafting absolutely beautiful sinks.
The delivery might take slightly longer than what is advertised, but it is 100% worth the wait. I am sure I will be receiving compliments on this sink! Highly recommend!!!

"Leider enttäuschend"

Leider enttäuschend!
Nach dem Bestellen und Bezahlen keine Rückmeldung. Auch auf mehrere Nachfragen Funkstille. Habe sogar dem KK-Unternemen den Fallmelden müssen. Hatte mich bereits damit abgefunden, damit bei einem Fakeshop bestellt zu haben.
Nach 4 Wochen auf einmal Lieferankündigung , per DHL Express.
Am Liefertag , dann Fordderung von DHL 67,98€ Zoll und Gebühren zu zahlen, was ich notgedrungen gemacht habe.
Da ich inzwischen, ein andres Becken gekauft hatte ( müsse) wollte ich die Rücknahme Garantie mit der geworben wird nutzen, das wird leider abgelehnt!
