We have booked tickets to Mexico. Before we read the reviews. We have tried 11 times to call customer services. No one answer and you have to leave a message and no one call you back.
My booking me is 333113.
The BOOKING agent told me that I have a right to cancel this flight within 24 hours for a full refund. But I can not get in contact with the customer services. You can call the booking agents but not the customer services agents.

"DO NOT USE MY FLIGHT SEARCH!"
Booked a flight on 2/12/2019. Paid in full, charged to my account. Called Nov. 13, 2019, eleven days prior to my flight for confirmation number. The overseas rep (after calling 3 days waiting for a confirmation and/or a return call) put me on hold, returned stating that the airlines denied this flight and I would be refunded immediately, which I was but....now I have to book another flight triple the rate. DO NOT USE MY FLIGHT SEARCH!!!!!! Should always check reviews first. Total disappointment. Called Spirit Airlines and they notified me that this is a travel agency and that they had no control over what they did. Live & Learn. Never again. No explanation as to why this happened. "I don't know" isn't an answer I expected from a reputable company. Must not be legit.

Canadians Beware!
As a Canadian, booking a flight within Canada, with a Canadian airline I was under the impression that prices would be in CAD. They are not. Thinking I was paying for a $630 flight I was shocked to see I was charged $830. I made a complain to Better Business Bureau and MyFlightSearch responded saying that there is a "$" next to the price indicating US dollars. I guess they don't realize Canadians also use "$" to represent our currency. I would expect when booking, next to ANY quoted price, they should have USD next to it since their website accepts bookings internationally. I feel there is lack of transparency - and when I've tried to complain I've been told management won't talk to me, or they simply ignore my requests via Twitter. My two biggest complaints: horrible customer service and lack of transparency.
Look at their response below: case in point. Not willing to try to ammend the customer experience and point fingers at their client. Customers (especially Canadians) - PLEASE spend your money elsewhere with companies that actually appreciate your patronage.

Horrible! Fraudulent! Scam!! I canceled my booking within 30 seconds of it going through as I read stories about people not getting their tickets. They charged me for the tickets days later. Refunded me THEN TOOK THE MONEY AGAIN!!! I’ve now been fighting for weeks to get the money back. I’m a single mom that was just trying to visit family. I’m now out $3,000. Every time I call I get a different excuse and now I’ve had someone ask for my account information?? Scam!

After some initial difficulties, MYFLIGHTSEARCH demonstrated some excellent customer service, especially from Victor, of their company. I did mail in hard copies of items to them with explanations and interpretation of events, timing and their web site. MYFLIGHTSEARCH reached out to me by phone and email, several times, to resolve this situation. They were professional in their communication and followed through on what they said. Very Impressed, THANK YOU.
As always, consumers need to be aware of EVERYTHING and if needed, work in a positive way with ALL companies they are in contact with.

Buyer beware. I booked a round trip ticket to Philadelphia fir 121.00. I received an email saying Congratulations you flight is booked. When I never heard anything after that, I called the company. They told me I would hear something in 2 hrs. I waited till the next day. When I still had not heard I called again. The agent told me my reservation was cancelled because the airline would not accept the price they gave me. My ticket tripled in price because now it was two days before my trip. I called Frontier airlines and they could not find any reservation ever being under my credit card. This is a third party booking flights. Book online with the airline you want a flight on.

"Never booking with them again"
Never booking with them again! I booked my flight over a week in advance and they sent me an email day of my flight which was today, saying my flight was expired! How does a plan ticket expire? I had to spend more money to book my flight for the next day and I had to be home on a very specific day because I have midterms! I hope I get my money back! No, I will not be emailing you people because I spoked to 2 different people and you guys gave me nonsense information.
