I was in a real jam when my truck broke down in Texas on a Friday night on the way back to South Carolina. I had to be back to work by Monday, but no shop could fix it before Monday, and towing it would cost several thousand dollars because of State Permits. So I put out a broadcast online for a transport service, and received almost 100 responses, many of which were scams offering prices anywhere from $400 to $1600. But Jordan Bryan at Neptune said he had a confirmed driver (which many claimed) for $800 that was waiting to come get my truck. I was scared to provide my Credit Card info without verifying, so I asked for the driver's name and number. He could not give them to me, but instead provided me screenshots of his conversation with the driver. That convinced me and earned my trust. He sent me the contract, I signed, and 2 hours later the best transport company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with came and picked up my truck, TBN Express LLC. If you need a vehicle transported a long distance, reach out to Neptune and ask for Jordan, and ask if he can get you TBN Express as the driver. He saved my butt.
