There is nothing reliable about the Reliable Store. I ordered under #66316 a bidet unit for my toilet for R 1357.99 end of August ! only to receive one COMPLETELY different yesterday ! which is absolutely inferior with limited functionality. The model I received is not even listed on their website -the closest looking one retails there at R 494.99 but its different - so what THEY sent me is probably a complete BRAND FAKE. I can not get hold of them by phone or email or Facebook messenger or LinkedIn and I want to return this crap back to them and get a full refund asap. I am SO angry !!

Ordered a jacket on 25th June, supposed to be delivered by 27th July, still waiting for a response on the status of my order. Received an email from Buffalo requesting that I pay customs for 5 orders which I did not order and I was initally told that customs will be paid by Reliable..what utter nonsense..this is such bad and pathetic customer service.. never again.. would actually give them no stars

"Utterly poor service"
I was promised to receive my order within 14 days, when I followed up after 2 weeks I was promised the first week in September, followed up now and apparently it couldn't be sent by air freight and they cannot yet give an estimated date. I am starting to think they are a bunch of scammers, let's hope I receive my order before Christmas. Utterly disappointed, this is my first and last order from them.
