These are professional scammers from India do not engage with them you will lose all your money for sure, it's all just fake!. My lawyers went to verify their address and establishment in the US where it's written on their website and there's no one there, they maybe rent the place 1 day and that is it. All the good reviews that you're seeing are from them trolling that they just want you to think it's good. The sad part is that the government and the police from India don't do anything about it.

"Fake company with dishonest people"

All the positive reviews in the platform for Bookmasters is their internal teams trying to fool the algorithm. They cheated me multiple times on multiple occasions. It has been more than a year but I haven't received either my book or my marketing package deliverables. Brian Smith was my manager and one point of contact, later he left the company and someone else was assigned. I worked with three people and no one completed the project. Initially I got some deliverables but after two months they stopped delivering. There was no response to my emails or calls. Later out of the blue after six months someone called me one day from the company and said they dealt with some issues and later all employees got covid and hence they had to stop the work. Atleast have the courtesy to keep the clients in loop with what is happening. Well, professionalism is zero in this company and honesty is out of the question. I Lost 5K with this company and even cannot get a refund because no one is actually responding to my emails and calls anymore. Don't get fooled by the positive reviews, this company is a big FRAUD.

There isn't a rating low enough, I'll say it again.
I paid in full for an Elite editing package Dec 18 2020. Since then, I've never received anything related to my story."Cancun Moon" I sent 70000 words, pics, ISBN, blurb, bar code, author pic and copyright. Correspondence is a horrible experience. Call drops take place when I asked relevant questions and price gouging is constant.They try to sell me something I already paid in full for.

I requested a refund Jan 27th, and was told that a refund has been processed. ( Isabella...I have transccript messages) A week later I was informed by Warren Williams that the refund was indeed processed....( I have recorded messages) But I have not been refunded 23 days later.

Prior to today, I sent many emails, and left many voice messages requesting a confirmation email concerning the refund that I was told I would be receiving in 7-14 days, but an email never happened and neither has a refund. So....

Today FEB 18TH 2021 during a phone conversation with David and Warren I requested a confirmation email concerning my refund once again. I was quickly transferred to their lawyer. The lawyer said that it would cost 500 USD for such an email to be sent to me... I said no thanks. For more information regarding the rest of the conversation please call 604-328-9543

This is a scam company paid 9250$ for editing , publishing and marketing and once my book is ready to be publish I have no more news completely ghosted 35 days now. For 10 month have talk to Mike , Warren , Trevor, Sara (was sometimes very weird). Now bringing my lawyer in to stop contract and get my money back but company bank closed, there number is not working anymore(better have a good lawyer because will investigate each employees and if have to lawsuit each one of them according to my lawyer)Happy to have protected my book WGA. I have found another publisher And will publish my book without them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

don't do business with them, I paid for a website and got nothing. their ignoring me now. I've jsut read the sparkling reviews here, and am shocked. They read like thebookmasters wrote them themselves. This company has a wake of authors behind it that have been ripped off and had work stolen
