Been unable to make transactions for over a week because the bank’s OTP system is broken. Customer service gives copy-paste replies with no real solution. This is unacceptable. Fix this now!

This organisation is fraudulent. I initiated a transaction on the 12th of July 2024. Up till today the remittance has not been received by the beneficiary neither has any refund been made. There has been no email or text update either.
I have called several times, its the same standard answer from all their agents. As a matter of fact, I decided to write this review as I ended my latest call.
Why must Nigerians treat themselves this way? Have we lost all iota of integrity? Even outside the shores, there is no lesson learned from the commnunity we emmigrated to, how sad!
You are making your customer to bear the brunt of your operational failings. Future customers beware !!!

"'Processing' Transaction since July"
I made a money transfer transaction on July 10, 2024 with Transaction ID: 10128854632, which is still showing as "processing.”
I contacted their customer service team and was initially told it would be completed by the end of September. However, when I called again in early October, I was given the same response—that it was "nearly done."
Today is October 31, and when I try to reach customer service, an automated message says the number is temporarily unavailable.

"Fraudulent Money Transfer Agent "
My name is Abimbola Raheem and I sent £500 with transaction reference number 609918715 through Tranzfar to a beneficiary on 31/05/24. The money was not paid and yet to be refunded. There had been a numerous unfulfilled refund promises. It's apparent they are unreliable, fraudulent and deceitful. I will be contacting financial ombudsman to lodge my complaint. I will appreciate it if anyone could give a a useful ideas or suggestions on how to get my money back ASAP. Thanks

Tranzfar are scammer they closed my account with £1,954 without any reason and refusing me to withdraw my money to my other account number, they need to be shutdown because this guy are scammers
