"The big cheese block bait ."
I have used this product in a bait station to control mice at the bottom of the garden for over 3 months now , they love it ! , it's just a shame it dosen't kill them, it states on the box as having 25% less poison , so i assume it only had 25% poison to start with because it is doing absolutely NOTHING , they can't get enough of the stuff , so if you are thinking of buying this FEED , dont bother , the only thing it is harming is your pocket.

"Wasp Zero : DOESN'T APPEAR TO WORK !!"
The STV International 'Wasp Zero' product simply does nothing as far as I can see - despite proper application in dry conditions and evening quiet nesting for the wasps. You may as well use flour. I have never had such a poor experience with a product which claims to be so 'effective'.

"Have bought 2 Big Cheese Electric Mouse…"
Have bought 2 Big Cheese Electric Mouse Traps and both have failed within 6 - 12 months. They work well but at $50.00 - $60.00 AUD ea they are just not worth it when they continue to stop working after such a short time. Will be cheaply made with cheap components. causing the electronics to fail. Buy another brand.

"Zero in spider repellent"
So I bought zero in spider repellent from Aldi which this company supplies the product doesn’t work when I rang the company to tell them the idiotic woman on the other end told me she used it herself and it did work which would say working for the company she then tried to tell me it wouldn’t work if the spiders were already in the home I informed her that there were none but when I sprayed it around the places it says on the product it did nothing to repel she then argued with me it did work maybe this dodgy company should actually research the so called products they sell

"Superb products & Highly Recommended"
Nearby we are surrounded by sheep, pigs and chickens and as a result were inundated with flies. After 3 days of using Zero In flypapers, Zero In Ultra Power Outdoor Flytraps and Zero In Insect Killer the problem has been solved. Truly brilliant and highly recommended.

"Bought two "The Buz" door strips to…"
Bought two "The Buz" door strips to keep the fly's out.
The strips are so thin and light that the smallest sign of a breeze blows them wide open, inviting any fly in. Plus I couldn't get them to hang straight, they curled up at the ends. Plus two of the strips fell out. Unfortunately they both ended up in the recycling bin. Didn't bother to open the second one! Wasted my money!!

"Complete waste of money"
I purchased a megasonic solar cat repeller, as I am tired of having to clear my garden of cat faeces, when I am not a cat owner. It probably looked as though it was working for about 3 months, ie the light came on if anything broke the beam. Since then, even with constant recharging, it doesn't seem to be working at all, and my garden is being used again. When i contacted STV, they said it only has a 12 month warranty - nothing on the box or enclosed booklet to state this, and that I should have gone onto their website to register the purchase - again nothing to state this. In fact when I have looked on their website, I cannot see this facility. Considering the item cost £20, it's not really value for money for the time it appeared to be effective. Take my advice DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.

"Couldn't electrocute my belly button fluff."
Purchased the flea comb which is stocked in pets at home the electronic one absolutely useless. The instructions weren't clear i couldn't work out whether I had to wait for the item to be charged before use. I even phoned STV up and asked them how am I susspose to use the comb. Got 2 cats and I know they got fleas totally in effective total waste of money. On the plus side I had a full refund from pets at home. I'm guessing if pets at home solicited feed back for this item they'd probably remove it from their stock list. Dont fall for the fake reviews on the pets at home website.

"Not fly and wasp killer."
Fly and Wasp killer, NO it isnt it would not even knock a very small fly out of flight. On the tin it says kills on contact. All they do is look at you and I'm sure the small flies are just laughing at me. I don't know what really is in this can but its certainly NOT killer spray. Don't buy it, you may be better hitting them with the can. go and get a decent brand.

"Zero In - Magneticc doorway insect curtain"
I bought a 'Zero In' magnetic doorway insect curtain. The contents said there were 2 curtains, 20 x 2 x 6 cm self adhesive hook and loop tape and 20 wood tacks (if the door frame was wood) There was also an illustration showing how to fit it.
In the box were not 20 but 12 pieces of hook and loop tape. The illustration showed the pieces of tape placed around 3 cm apart. To fit a standard door frame with what was supplied would have meant placing them around 50 cm apart - I contacted them by email to ask for the correct number of pieces of tape as stated on the box and received the ludicrous answer that in fact I got extra, because each piece of velcro tape has 2 parts, one of hooks and the other of loops, as though you could use them separately, and that I had been 'given' 2 extras.
Even with the addition of some extra tape I bought the curtain comes unstuck every few minutes and is now being held up with sellotape. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company
