"Bad customer care service "

I have ordered my third bottle of hair supplement few days back but still no confirmation email or order no is sent.what is wrong with your customer service. How am I supposed to track my order?I am on my second bottle but no improvement seen either in hairfall or hair growth.please send me my third ordered bottle.
