"Where is my order? "

No delivery since 3 weeks of placing order. No reply to website chat. No reply to email. Phone number doesn't work. This is my last resort in getting any information about my order.
I receive upto 8 emails daily about your promotions yet you're not fulfilling existing orders.

Update: over 1 month now since placing order. Nothing delivered and still zero contact from seller. Looks like my £180 is gone.

I ordered £100 worth of camel milk. Told me my order was to be recieved in 3 days. One year later, still no milk and still no refund. Recieved an email two months ago to say your order has been cancelled and still no refund despite countless emails. This company is a SCAM. Now im getting promo emails from them saying but two get three free. You will not receive any milk or your money back so be aware.

I ordered just over £300 worth of camel milk at the end of November 2023 and after countless emails only received 2 responses
1 was in February informing me that the delay to my order was due to a problem with logistics and the other response was in may telling me my order was cancelled and I should receive my refund in 8 working days well guess what I've got no milk and no money and no more communication since then this company is a shambles and a scam and I'm surprised they are still trading please beware looking at the reviews I'm not the only one who's been conned

Terrible... I paid for my order in March, which was never delivered. It's now August and still no refund. The phone number doesn't work, I've sent endless emails and chat messages- hopeless.

"Money stealing a**holes"

I had a subscription to this company which was cancelled over a year ago as it was a rip off anyway and their customer service was rubbish.... They actually took 2 months payment after I cancelled that I had to fight to get back!! Suddenly in the last 2 weeks or so 15 months later they have tried to take a £66.93 subscription fee from my account - not once but 7 times!!! Literally clearing out my account and leaving me in the supermarket with 3 kids and a trolley full of shopping. Luckily the bank have refunded me but this is an absolute joke and you can't get hold of the company for love nor money - the phone number doesn't work and emails are bounced back or ignored..

"Desert Farms UK are crooks"

Desert Farms UK are crooks! I cancelled my subscription from them more than a year ago after HORRIFIC customer service but I woke up this morning to find that they had charged me 5 times! £559 on milk I haven't ordered. Now I have to have a stressful morning chasing my money back. Never order from these people or let these people have your bank or card details.

I emailed them saying that their online payment system was not working (I wonder why) they ask me to transfer money into their bank account.. this should have been a major red flag.. they were emailing me continuously before, first offering me a 15% off and then 20% off as an apology for the inconvenience of Bank transfer.. so I went ahead and then nothing.. gone.. they've taken the money and ran.. Sad people out there who don't fear the afterlife.

Edit: I have received my order, 6 weeks later. I haven't had responses to my emails requesting refund, or any updates on how long it would take to arrive, I had already ordered from somewhere else which had come much faster

I've been waiting for my order since 26 of January 2024 I called and emailed them several times and they don't even answer their phone or send a message of explanation to you awful 😔

I have ordered milk from this company since January and I am yet to receive it. I've sent several emails asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded but they have not answered a single email. They have become unreliable and i feel scammed. Don't order from them.
