Emily delivered a session for our Netball Club and was brilliant. She made sure that she challenged us all and explained exactly what we were doing and how it would benefit us with her insane knowledge. Emily came along to our Netball Club to run a set of strength and conditioning sessions from October to January 2024. The sessions were high energy and tailored to how our bodies move on court.

I have been having weekly PT sessions with Emily for the past 5 months or so and I absolutely love the sessions!
Emily is lovely, she makes the sessions interesting and fun, mixing up the exercises we are doing each session and checking in with how I am finding them. She is very knowledgeable and always explains what we are doing and why, so you know you are in good hands.
Emily has taken the time to get to know me and my health conditions and has made exercise possible despite these. She is supportive and doesn't judge if I am having a low energy day, instead she adapts the exercises accordingly, meaning the sessions have the right balance of challenge along with feeling really supported and encouraged within a safe space.
Emily's home gym is a nice and well equipped space. It makes it possible for me to have PT sessions in a gym environment without feeling self-conscious as I have done in busy gyms.
I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer!
