1. When you going to withdrawal, there must be a person that approve the withdrawal.
2. They can block your account at anytime they want.
3. Support active but they're just people like you, that have salary for help and report in chat.
4. Coininn IS NOT REGISTERED IN EUROPEAN COMMISSION. They saying so, but if you do a little google search, there is nothing.
5. If your account be blocked, you can't do anything than looking the coins, in worst case you can't see chat and login, they will lie to you for 7days, saying is the time that needs for check account,all will be ok if you did not cheat. After 7days, account will be blocked permanently...
Be carefull
The 5star review may be paid review or fake... don't deposit more than 10$ and don't use your bank account...

Beware. After gaining on some trade moves, they said a glitch in their system led to the gains. Like a joke, they went into my account, reset the trade history and took out the gains, left me with what I started with. In the future, this exchange could potentially just disappear with investors' money. All deposits go into the exchange in someone's name (a Chinese name). Withdrawals take at least 12 hours.

Very good trading application for beginners and others. As soon as you register, they offer € 60 to start "trading" without the need to deposit money. Personally, I didn't know anything about trading and in 2 weeks I made my first profits. It was really encouraging. "Saving Up my money here"

I found this app via App store recommendation. It said earn up 15% on your cryptos, I downloaded it though I was suspicious about it, and indeed they have a function called “my saving”. There are some coins available for saving with different and promising rates around 4%-8% they even give 15% on coin called USDC, I am new to crypto and this indeed refreshed my mind, I live in UK, the interest rate here for saving is a joke as you may all know. So I tried to buy some USDC with my GBP now it has been 2 days, I am getting my interest paid everyday. I hope I can withdraw it. I think it won’t be a problem, since I tested to withdraw 2 GBP and it arrived.

BUT...
To withdraw takes minimum of 10 hours, up to 3 days. I think the exchange is heavily centralised, every transaction must 🤔 be approved by a human being, not a system (hence less speed). Wow, they can wipe your transaction history as they like. They seems to even run customer accounts from behind. Withdrawal can be rejected at their own will. Account balance keeps changing. Deposit is hectic, o boy. You send money to someone, with a Chinese name, and then wait for Deposit. From my research, the business is registered as a Sole Proprietorship (which means, for one reason or another, this place can lock up at will). As at June, they have about 20,000 users.
