"Terrible product, horrible customer service"
I bought Air Doctor 5000 for interior paint smell in my apartment complex. It didn't work.
Almost 2 years later (after barely using the air purifier), I brought the air purifier to my home during construction. It stopped working completely and wouldn't turn on after 5 weeks. I called customer service and a man told me to take it to a repair shop. What repair shop? What kind of a repair shop? He couldn't answer me. I have to trash it...a $1000 air purifier. Terrible customer service and poor longevity. I'm buying a Rabbit Air.

"Customer service response not helpful "
I asked via email if there was an applicable promo I could use if I were purchasing your largest unit. I received a reply that I could take advantage of a 5% discount! That was laughable and unacceptable when I searched for a promo code myself and did order the unit for a discount of $300. Not acceptable customer service that the rep did not offer me that same discount that I then had to search for. Makes me leery of ever calling your customer service again when I wasn’t given a helpful answer or a knowledgeable answer offering me the best discount possible. I wasn’t even told about your “Presidents Sale” just disappointed but glad I did my own searching. So want to advise others not to rely on answers you get from their customer service agents! If I had relied on your representatives answer, I’d be much poorer! Just do better for prospective buyers.
