Wir haben nun fast 10 Jahre eine Hypothek, funktionierte alles bestens. Der Zins auf dem Sparkonto dürfte etwas höher sein. Die Hauptseite von SQ hat manchmal ein Problem, Wenn ich von der Übersicht zu Detail wechsle, kann ich nicht mehr zurück es zeigt dann nur einen Fehler an.

Ich finde Swissquote toll da selber entschieden werden kann in was man Investieren oder Anlegen möchte. Was ich aber schade finde das die Depotgebühren je nachdem wie viel Investiert wird steigen. Klar habe ich die AGB‘s gelesen. Es gibt anderen Anbietern bei denen die Gebühren niedriger sind. Ich sage immer weniger ist mehr.

Cela fait depuis le 12 décembre que j essaie de contacter le service client pour signaler la perte de ma carte de codes d’accès et en recommander une nouvelle. J ai cumulé environ 4heures d attente sur le répondeur depuis décembre 2023 sans que quelqu’un réponde. Je vais changer de banque si personne n’est capable de me rappeler.
A noter que ce service n’est possible que par téléphone; impossible de le faire par écrit lorsque cela concerne un problème d identification ou de connexion ce qui est tout à fait normal.

- on the grap that shows the value over time, I want to see when I bought and when I sold.
- the grap should be red when During the custom timing it was going down(I lost) and green if I'm in the plus
