"THE WORST "
Hands down - the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ONLY POST JOB SERVICE RELATED, BUT ALSO WITH BILLING ISSUES. There are so many other pest control companies out there - you do not want to deal with the headache that comes along with signing a contract with this company.
We had extensive work done to our attic (over $22,000). They were great off the get go and were quick to take our money. However, when we needed any help after (we have a six year warranty and were told they would follow up with us shortly after the attic was done to assure us everything was good). We called the company for weeks to try to get someone back out to check on our attic because we still could here critters/pests up there. We were only able to get someone to come back out after my husband had threatened to sue them.
Additionally, we were told we were required to sign up for their pest control services for a given time. After six months, we cancelled them. I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for my cancelled services (I called to cancel in September and was charged in October). I have called every week regarding the refund and keep being told my case has been escalated and someone will call me back and I will be receiving a refund in 5-7 business days. I have called over four times and have been told the same thing, nobody can get me on the phone with a manager.
Well, yesterday I received another charge that was different. I was charged for my warranty (this should not have happened because Terminix built in $2,000+ into our total bill without telling us to cover our warranty). I called Terminix for the fifth time and was told that I should not have been charged but I would need to call the district manager, Todd, to get all of my refunds handled. Well, still haven't heard back from Todd. Still out almost $200 on services I haven't received and were supposed to be cancelled.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR ANYTHING THIS COMPANY HAS TO SAY. THEY WERE SO QUICK TO COME OUT AND SELL US ON THEIR SERVICES BUT THE FOLLOW UP IS ATROCIOUS. I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW THAT ASKS FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO THEIR OFFERINGS TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

worst customer service. they refuse to deal with you and string you on. the poor agent make 25 dollars while the company pockets the rest. and there is zero communication between the main office and the regional and the poor agent. RUN from this company.

"Terminix=Rentokill robbery"
It has been over 6 months now since I contacted Terminix to control my mosquito problem and promised results - over $1200 charged to my account and paid. Guess they take u on the termite treatment since u can't see anything, but my main concern was mosquitos, no absolutely no results after multiple treatments. I plead to renegotiate the $202 they were taking each month for worthless treatments. No response. A manager from Stone Mountain finally called a couple of months ago - "Terrence' - but said he had to contact his manager - would call back in a day or 2 - no call back and they kept taking $202 for nothing. Never have heard from the guy in over 3 months now. I've been robbed for 7 months now and guess I'll just cancel my credit card and go to small claims count. These guys are villains. But beware - I went thru this same rip 2 years ago - most companies have been bought out by Rentokil - I paid them off for nothing when they bought my last worthless pest control service and threatened me with collection for non service. They are seemingly ruthless thugs - unreal but truly real taking your money for nothing. i read

"This company is a scam"
This company is a scam! They charged me over 2K for exclusions services. They were supposed to close any entry points that mouses maybe coming through. However after 2 years we are still having the same issues. They sent techs that does not know what they are doing, they will enter your home with their dirty boots and they broke a vase on the way up. They do not care about the customers once they sign up for services. I had numerous no show appointments. We tried to speak with our local manager "Mike" but he refuses to call us or come over. I reported that we still have the same issues to their call center but nothing has been done. All of the sudden now, they cancelled our services without letting us know. SAVE your money and get someone that will get the job done!

"Terrible company"
Terrible company, do NOT do business with it. Overbill, do no service, do not resolve issues, anything it can do to not service your account and make things difficult for you, it will do it. Does not deserve even 1 star. Stay away from Terminix.

"Inspector was a no show"
I called a scheduled an inspector to come to my home. I was told someone would arrive between 4 and 5:30. When no one had arrived or called by 5:45, I called Terminix. The person I talked to said they called the inspector and left him a voicemail. When I still hadn’t from him by 6:05, I called Terminix again and was told that I shouldn’t have been given that appt time, that they don’t really do that time slot. When I questioned her further, she said the inspector no longer worked in my area and I would have to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule she said no one worked in my area any longer. Why was I allowed to schedule in the first place if there isn’t anyone who can come to my area? I wasted a whole day waiting for this appt. This was my day off work and I could have taken care of it without missing any work had this been handled appropriately. Instead, I had to call another company and schedule an appt for the following day. This means that I also have to take a day off work. So Terminix is costing me money without providing any service

"Impossible to cancel"
I called back in August to cancel my service. They pulled the bait stations from my yard 8/27/24. They have continued to bill me every month since then. I called in September and again this month and I get the same responses but have got no emails confirming cancellation. I’m also always promised a refund that has yet to materialize. I’m going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and see what my bank can do to stop them from continuing to charge me.

"I just spent the entire morning waiting…"
I just spent the entire morning waiting for them to show up to an appointment set up last night. I finally called them to be told they put an L in my phone number in place of a 1 so they never bothered to come. I even called when there was still time remaining and they had no idea what they were doing or why. Ask do I want to set up another appointment...hahaha...no. Appointment was 8:15-10, It's 11:15am now!

"Called for Mice they wanted to kill spiders and sell us insulation!"
We called for a problem with mice they sent a salesman he quoted us just under a 1000.00 then tried selling us insulation??? The Tech came out met my husband and he said he was here to kill spiders no mention of mice Husband said no we have a mice problem Tech said oh? he placed four poison traps in attic and didn't seal up anything (salesman said he would do that) then the Tech tried selling us insulation??? Are they an insulation company or a pest control company very disappointed we cancelled Not a good company don't call them its at your own risk

"My husband I have spent two months and…"
My husband I have spent two months and countless hours calling and talking to numerous individuals with this company. We repeatedly have been scheduled and billed for services we didn't request. They illegally billed our account for approximately 500.00 17 days ago and we continue to be told by Mark (the local owner/manager) that he is "looking into it" and that a refund will be posted, only to call days later and be told the exact same thing. These people are 100% crooked! My advice - run and don't look back!
