"Excelente servicio!!!!!"

La calidad del servicio es excelente (por no hablar de los precios que son mucho más baratos que en otros sitios). Recientemente realice una compra de dos artículos y los recibí en el tiempo estimado, el problema es que uno de los dos artículos no funcionaba correctamente. Inmediatamente me puse en contacto con Focalprice a través de su página web y les explique el problema, su contestación fue inmediata y me han reenviado un nuevo artículo, sin coste alguno, disculpándose por las molestias causadas. La verdad es que no tengo queja alguna con el trato recibido ni con la compra realizada, entiendo que a veces puedan ocurrir este tipo de problemas como en cualquier otro sitio.
A mi me han ganado como cliente y recomiendo Focalprice a todos aquellos que tenían alguna duda!!!!!
