I love the stuff and their service, until you find that one problem, and then is not that great. I have had a couple of unnecessary delays while shipping. the latest
was because an item I ordered was discontinued, although the site said it was in stock, and they didnt suggest a similar item to replace that one (a ligth bulb)
after I told them the replacement, I had a different service agent telling me the same story, the other one I choosed was also discontinued, and the rest of the order was stalled, for 2 weeks until I told them to cancel the whole order and made the other again, since it didnt seemed we were getting any where.
English skills of their support people is not the best.
