They do not stand behind their products and will not refund your money, although they will tell you they will. They will kill you with kindness and attempt to wear you out so that you'll give up and just keep their ugly jewelry. Bunch of con artists who need to be shut down.

Chinese company that pretend to be American. Not only is this company conducting fraudulent acts but they’re also false advertising. I have reported them to the ASA as fraud in the UK is serious and also going to report to the charity I support for endometriosis UK who they said a partial amount of my money would go to after purchase. I purchased a $16 bracelet and received a key ring. Luckily we’re protected by fraud in the UK and I’ll get my refund. I will do everything in my power to get this company shut down.
