"BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY"

I purchased the package from NetKing Web Services Pvt. Ltd. on July 2018 and NON OF THEM has achieved. It is a WASTE of time, money, energy and effort along this journey until now ( 28 Jan 2019 )

This is my personal experience towards this company which includes :
1) Package I bought and the NIGHTMARE I been through
2) The working ethic of NetKing Web Services

I first encounter Ravi who is the boss of NetKing for enquiring the digital marketing, I was then pass to Sumeet.

Before the payment, Sumeet who is one of the employee in NetKing has promised me many of my requirements in term of Marketing and Website.

Due to, the "sweet talk" and "promise" from him, I decided to give it a go and purchase the packages which includes:
1) SEO Marketing for 6 months
2) Facebook Marketing for 6 months
3) Facebook Messenger Bot
4) Website

After the purchase has made, things begin to be a NIGHTMARE to me. Let me summarize it in point form.

1) Website
Due to my old website does not look good, Sumeet convinced me to build me a new website and he promises me it can be done within a month which is on September 2018 BUT as time passed, they will begin to give you tons of excuses such as there are many bugs in the website, they don't have the file even though you shared with them and they even putting blame to you as well ! They always told you that they will finish it by today or within 2 hours but end up there are nothing to be finish, so it is a WASTE OF TIME for expecting them to finish your website.

Just for your information, I still haven't receive my website ( the date I written this 28 Jan 2019 ) and they told me

2) Facebook Marketing for 6 months
I have passed to a guy name Hemendra who is the one of the head marketing team and will be in charged of my marketing. For the first and second month, they will put some posts and create some banners for you and they will told you that they are testing the market as you will not see any results. After the second month, they will inform that they will do this and that, they will told you that 3 months will begin to see some results. In the package from their website, you may see that they will constantly give you the report but the report is basically some BS stuffs and you need to ask it from them or else they won't send it to you at the first time.

For your information, along 3 - 6 months, you will basically see the same reports with the same link every months. Then you asked them what they did and they will told you they advertised in some website.

3) SEO Marketing from 6 months
Hemendra and his team in charge in SEO marketing. I used Google Analytic to keep track on the weekly performance because the report is only issued monthly. In the report, it includes the ranking and which link and websites they post. As expected, the report is still the same over the time and there are no changes in it.

Note** When Sumeet convinced me to change the website and promised me the website will be delivered within a month because this will affect the SEO and google ranking.

Thus, when there is no result in SEO, Hemendra started to blame the website because the website that Sumeet promised to completed has FAIL and it FAIL until NOW.

4) Facebook Messenger Bot
It was supposed to be delivered on September 2018 as well but what Sumeet told me is they will ONLY deliver the Facebook Messenger Bot after the website is delivered.

Working Ethic
Through out this journey, I wasted a lot of time listening to their ridiculous excuses. The MOST IMPORTANT is they will ACCUSE you when the website has some issues !!!

Few weeks ago ( Jan 2019 ), I asked them why the website has some bugs and they ACCUSE me by saying I have changed the images of the website. Luckily I asked my friend who has some knowledge in website. When I asked Sumeet to check the log ( log is the tracking of the activities in the website ) and suprisingly he told me that he doesn't want because he thinks I checked it. This means they are just simply accusing me without any prove.

Conclusion, they will give you a lot of fake promises, tons of excuses to drag your project, accuse you and force you to accept the project.

I have gathered a lot of evidences through out the journey.

"The website has not completed yet since…"

The website has not completed yet since July.

No update from them. Be aware this company and the people ( Ravi and Sumeet )

"Netking company sold me a updated website and still waiting!!! Don't be fooled…"

Netking company sold me a website they had no in the office could do it. They took many dollars from me using a fake promise of a update website development. Don't belive them I've asked for a refund but not answering my emails or calls. If you pay but Paypal give them a deadline and get a refund within say a month otherwise call paypal for a refund don't be fooled into another day or week chat!!
I should have check closer as they are listed on india-scam.com as one of the worst compnaies as well!!

If i could give a lower rating I would!!! This company stole thousands of dollars from me using a fake promise of website development. They tool all my money and then sent me a website my 6 year old son could have done on his echa sketch. The owner Ravi Ranjan is a criminal and should be in prison. I should have check closer as they are listed on india-scam.com as one of the worst compnaies
