"Extremely Dissapointing - Don't Waste Your Money"
I lodged my application on Monday the 16th Feb, understanding I should receive my ABN within 15mins. I received the ABN on Thursday the 19th Feb. There was no information missing on my application as they never asked for anymore. My understanding is they didn't lodge my application with the ATO until Thursday. I should have just lodged it directly with the ATO myself and saved my money.
I also applied for a business name on the 16th, with the understanding it should take 3 business days. I didn't receive the business name until the 5th March. 2 weeks later.
My dealings with businessname.com.au have left me with the view that they are completely incompetent. I want my money back.

I like its fast way to make bussines name or rename business, but it doesn't come up in your ABN history.

I had a problem enitially purchasing the business name where your website said there was a server error and took 3 payments which you have now repaid however I am still waiting on my business name to get processed, have you even sent the application through? Your asking me to review a product that I haven't heard back from you on, not good

This is an excellent service. I was always emailed to let me know what stage the application was up to.

"Errors and Poor Service."
We were sent the email to rate the service which we used some weeks ago. Realised last week we still hadn't received the Certificate of Registration. Apparently it was sent in an email.
The name of the business was incorrectly spelt and the place of birth for one of us was also incorrect. I asked how this could be fixed and was told, after almost half an hour of on and off waiting, that we would have to ring ASIC ourselves to rectify when the company states: We handle all the required government liaison for you. Apparently not.
Really bad service - no support, no apology. Chat girl [NAME] abruptly terminated the chat without asking if there were any other questions or anything else she could assist with.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS GROUP.
