My name is David Griffiths. I have paid $199- for a business name and the name was spelt incorrectly. I have sent numerous emails to Lauren $ Stephanie and they refuse to assist me.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I have been stonewalled and even after requesting the Team Leader contact me nothing has been done.
I seek this company make good their internal mistake or refund me $199-.

Last time I registered a business name it was the late 1990's and took a trip to the city, parking, hours at the counter, then a wait to hear, then go back in to pay and register etc . . . Today, zoom zoom in and out, paid and sorted with an ABN in less than 15 minutes. Seriously impressed :) Thank you.

"Extremely disappointing"
Apart from the fact that you stated that I would have my ABN and Business Name confirmed within 15 minutes of paying via Credit Card and it took over a week, while that was disappointing I realized that I made an error on my paperwork and when I rang 23/10/2015 @ 4.55pm I was told bad luck due to the fact that I needed to change my information from Sole Trader to a Partnership I would need to pay the full amount of $196 to cancel and re-submit for a new ABN etc. and that was all you could do for me then I need to say thanks for nothing.
I am aware of the error being my fault BUT if I can ring the ATO directly and have the details changed at no cost then I assume so can you. I would call that good customer service - wouldn't you?
