Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with! You show the ads talking about the little guy and "No Body is a No Body" and that is all a smoke screen! I experienced more frustration dealing with Morgan & Morgan than dealing with the accident itself.
How can you say that every case is important when my first call to Morgan & Morgan was on 2/4 and I just got to talk to my assigned attorney(Christina Vinson) TODAY 2/24 (20 days later)!!
And to add insult to injury, when I asked for my case to released from Morgan & Morgan, Christina happily said yes and email me a letter stating that Morgan & Morgan HAS REGRETFULLY DECLINED REPRESENTATION!
SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!

My 72 old wife had a slip and fall from water on the floor in a dark area of a resturant caused by the ice machine while going to the ladies room. She called Morgan and Morgan and two days later the attorney called back and said he couldn't take the case but would put her in touch with someone who could represent her. He never called back. Morgan and Morgan commercials are all bull crap. One commercial states he called a client back after hearing his voice mail. Again crap. John Morgan doesn't receive his calls, try calling him personally. My wife went to another attorney who said Morgan and Morgan wasn't living up to their commercials. Mean while my wife went thru extensive therapy for her damaged hip. There should be some accountability of misleading commercials by Morgan and Morgan.

"Smoke and mirrors, borderline scam"
They do not answer client emails. Case managers do not answer calls or call back. Calls to Customer Experience line get disconnected or ignored. Transfers to other departments don't pick up. If I didn't know any better, I would think this was a straight-up scam for collecting personal information.

"Very Dissapointed with the Lies, BS, Smokescreens, Dead Ends"
My case took 51/2 years to Settle. Had 5 Different Attorneys! The first one I requested a new one because of his "can't do" attitude. The next 2 were fired. The 4th one quit. As did my 5th one right after my settlement (but before I was PAID). The 10 times I tried to contact John Morgan (5 by phone and 5 by email) he never once returned my call or made an attempt to answer my emails. One time I called MY Attorney in December and I didn't hear back until May only to find out he was one of the quitters. The majority of times when I heard back it was always lies, BS, smokescreens dead ends, outright misinformation always blaming someone else, never their fault, NEVER an apology or admitting their mistakes. Whenever one of their ads comes on I can't help yelling BS and liars, and so do anyone I talk to. Other people tell me they have had the same experience. I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience, heart-breaks and set backs that I did for 5 and a half years! If I had to I would rather go to court on my own then use Morgan and Morgan they are that useless! They can't even lie convincingly to their clients or on TV. If you use Morgan and Morgan you WILL be disappointed and WILL leave money on the table, DO NOT be fooled or taken in by anything they say or do in their commercials.

"No Justice"
These guys are not really about justice. They are about profitability. Several months ago I sustained a serious injury at a hotel in Mexico City, an injury that has left me crippled for a long time to come. An injury that was clearly the result of negligence on the part of the hotel. But Morgan & Morgan refused my case. Instead, they redirected me to a Florida Bar hotline that recommended a different local attorney whose advise was that I post a negative review to see if they would be willing to offer a financial compensation. That’s the kind of justice Morgan & Morgan espouses. They are a fraud. Ready to exploit the cases that will bring them the easy buck, but not concerned about justice at all.
Addendum. I have since been contacted by M&M and the response was the same. Sorry, we can't help you. Go find another lawyer. No real reason given.
But it is probably because my injury occurred in Mexico City. They are not interested in representing such cases. Their business model is not to seek justice, but to exploit the easy cases that will bring them an easy profit.

Morgan and Morgan is not the only company I have called who is covering for Big Pharma. This company is not moving in good faith.
Warning: Never disclose to a pro se attorney the details of your case before you sign any agreement. Also. Never give feedback until you get an answer yea or nay. Don't let them leave you hanging and waste more of your claim filing time

"DO NOT HIRE - THEY ARE CROOKS!!"
I would never, ever use Morgan and Morgan again. I was in a car accident in September 2022. When I signed up, I was told the fee was 33%; I thought this was high but worth it. However, I later discovered that this 33% only applies to the first offer the insurance company makes. Then it jumps to 40%. This was a detail buried in the fine print that I missed, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed.
They 'lost' my file for three months. Then, I was given a paralegal (?) who told me so many different stories I had no idea what to believe. In total, I was bounced to three or four different lawyers, each time having to start over and explain my case from scratch. This simple case dragged on for over two years, causing me immense frustration and inconvenience. When the settlement was finalized, it took several months before I received my money. The insurance company paid them immediately. I knew that both the man who hit me and I had the same insurance companies, and I saw when the payout occurred.
I had to pester them for weeks. When I got the first payout statement, they shorted me about $10,000. I called several times and finally got that fixed. They would not make a direct deposit even though they say they do that in commercials so I had to drive to their office to pick up the check. They held back an additional $1,000 and explained that it was to cover any additional medical bills and that I would automatically receive it in a month. I waited six weeks and called them. Several times. They even promised to send the check to the Melbourne office overnight. That did not happen. It took me several more weeks to finally get the check from them, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected.
They did not pay all my medical bills even though they insisted several times that they had. In fact, I received a document from them detailing what was paid, and this list included the unpaid bills. When I started getting letters from collection firms for these unpaid bills, I was furious. Just for grins and giggles, I checked my account today with my PCP and found they had not paid him for medical records, but they indeed charged me for them.
Do not waste your time or money. Morgan and Morgan do not communicate effectively; they switch you around with different lawyers, and you have to start all over. They hold onto your money with a tight fist, leaving you in the dark about the progress of your case and the status of your payments.

DO NOT HIRE MORGAN & MORGAN. I was a client who had what I thought was a pretty straightforward case. I was broadsided by a PU truck and there was no dispute about who was at fault. The driver said he didn’t see us and accepted full responsibility. I hired M&M to represent me and that was a huge mistake. It took endless calls, texts and emails to get anyone “on my team” to respond to me, give me updates, etc. While I was getting my medical treatments no one ever checked on, the ONLY time I ever heard from someone was when I initiated contact and only then after days and somethings weeks of trying. I too would find my “team” had changed w/o ever being told.
Finally, after 18 months of nothing, they realized there were no long term treatments required for my ailments, and no huge payout, they decided they had no use for me. To make matters worse there are new tort laws here in Florida that require a suit to be filed within 24 months. They left me holding the bag with no qualms about it. They have great advertisements, but the only people they are FOR is themselves.

"Bad service for me"
I really thought Morgan and Morgan would be a great law group to work with, boy was I WRONG. I’m ok with the fact that they decided to not move forward with my case but what I’m NOT ok with is that it took 6 weeks (12/3/24) before the attorney called to tell me that. She asked if I wanted another attorney from their inventory to assist me, I told her yes. She said someone would contact me in 2 weeks. Today is 1 month and I still haven’t heard from anyone! Thanks for NOTHING Morgan & Morgan.
