"Avoid"

Avoid, was willing to try when advertised on the tv but, the slots experience I wanted was not there, new client so went for the bonus crap they give (as you have no choice to take) which really don’t want as you have to wage thousands of pounds to get anything back so what’s the point, but anyway love the slot experience and got to say this one just didn’t give anything no matter what I choose I got nothing back at all, I know it’s not about getting back and it’s the fun but come on to put so much in as a new customer and you don’t get anything at all how’s that going to get new customers, you have to give a little for the customer to stay dipsticks haha

"I have endured the worst time with this…"

I have endured the worst time with this company, I finally won some money and withdrew it from my account, It has been on hold with them for 4 days now with no answers as to why just a routine check! A check on what? no checks come into play when I'm depositing does it! I have started legal proceedings against them with resolver, Ibas and gambling commission, I am also seeking further update from gambling commission to take this case to civil court, I will not allow these bunch of pricks to treat anyone like this and no company should get away with stealing from people - Stay away!!

"Bad experience with Unibet"

I signed up to Unibet this month and made a number of deposits. I received an email to say they have had to close my account due to a self exclusion in place. I contacted support and they said due to my self exclusion at their sister site 32Red. I genuinely didn’t know that 32Red was a sister site of Unibet. I used the exact same details including the same email address to open both accounts so at least they should have picked this up during registration. They have refused to refund my deposits so I have had to take the matter further and make a complaint with eCogra.

I will update one the case has been dealt with …

"In play betting and block."

I had in play bets I was trying to cash out on basketball. My bets were winning at the time and they blocked me as I had not responded to the deposit limits thing that pops up, I thought I could just knock that bit to the side as it doesn't explain much very well. This part just runs on even when you're not using the site. I complained at the time and did not get a response, I received a call on a different matter about deposit limits, responsible gambling and after having to mention it again the advisor said she would have a look into it. We agreed to a deposit limit but what wasn't agreed was a block on my account for a month. Now I can't see my bets to follow up the complaint. This is an absolute scam and very unethical. There has to be more regulations in place where the company should discuss before they act as they are robbing people left, right and centre. They are not protecting the customers they are protecting themselves to make the maximum in profits.
I have tried further on chat as I can't see my previous bets. The advisor ignored my issues and stated that it was the complaints department. I had stated I would have to go through the advisor to get to complaints, only after this would the advisor take my full complaint. Advisor also tried to deflect saying that cash out is not always offered by trader, this was available at the time but it was unibet who blocked my in play account. Why was this made difficult? And advisor stated it can take up to 8 weeks, how many complaints do they have? It says a lot, the company are scammers. Unethical. They should be shut down.

"Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolute crooks."

My account was restricted in October (I don't know why) but since then four separate amounts of £10 have been taken from my account. Obviously I complained and asked for my money to be returned, I sent them bank statements as proof. Their answer was to tell me I should call the police! What a joke!! I'm looking to escalate this to the gambling commission as this company are nothing but thieves.
