"bad customer service and no solution"

My flight was postponed so I could no longer make it. Flugladen cannot influence this. However, the customer service of Flugladen and Travix only responded with an automatic and standardized email and did not support me in any way. Repeated contact always brought the same, unsatisfactory result. I will no longer book through Flugladen and cannot recommend it.
