"Won't supply spare parts"
A few weeks ago I bought one of their LED type fluorescent fittings.
On fitting it I discovered one of the small plastic end caps was broken so emailed them asking for a spare under warranty. This was their reply, complete with spelling mistake and bad grammar:
"Thanks for your email, all the warrantees issues would be handled by the store it was purchased from as this sounds like it was broken in transit. Unfortunately we do not do spare parts also."
So, in order to replace a small plastic end cap, I have to remove the whole fitting from the ceiling, drive 10 miles to the supplier who will give me a complete new one and either junk a perfectly good fitting or send it back to them to throw in the skip. Hardly a cost effective way to deal with small faults is it?
Next time I will buy from a firm with decent customer service.

"Seriously bad lighting products"
Seriously bad lighting products. I have had two LED floodlights now. Both have failed one month after end of guarantee. Rubbish. Buy elsewhere.
