"Extremely poor customer service …"

I’ve dealt with this company before and it’s been an exemplary service. Obviously there’s been a reshuffle in staff as when I called today it’s as if my money wasn’t good enough. The person was rude and abrupt and put the phone down on me. Definitely be taking my custom elsewhere. Sad as this company used to be really good.

My order was cancelled and refunded and I received notification to say the products were no longer in stock and had been discontinued. Very disappointing
