Century roped me in but has done nothing for me in 6 months. They have more than enough money to pay off one of my bills but have not done so. Whenever I call them they say it takes time but they don't tell you how long or when they will start negotiations. They say it depends on many factors but they don't say what the factors are. They are slipper snakes and I'm going elsewhere.

The first two Century employees I talked to were great very kind. I have scheduled a welcome call two times both times it said I missed it but I never got a call. At this time not sure what to do
