Australian Institute of Fitness
Sean Fatches
"Unorganised & Unprofessional"
If this is Australia's leading fitness education institution, im just embarrassed. Very poor organisation by the people running the class (no lesson planning, doesn't even review slide show presented at class before showing them to us, too many changes to class days) too many different online platforms (only 1 is good for submitting homework or assessments) the sales people who try to sell you the course don't know s*** about the campus or the course as we all found out later.
A member of the fitness first the class is held in came in and thought the room was too warm and turned off the heating during our clinical practice. When asked if we could have the heat on was told the aircon is remotely controlled. Bulls***, what building this day in age has only remote controlled heating. So fine, we used half a dozen mini heaters. Figuratively, they promise the world and then hand you a worn out atlas.
I've spoken to the head coach and a member of their admin team, but It seems they have my money and have no f***s to give.
Would not recommend the massage course to anyone.
They have also 'reached out' to contact me on a different platform. But even then, they didn't address all my concerns and were prepared to do nothing about it except a generic "were sorry we failed to deliver a positive experience. It seems we failed". Yes, AIF failed woefully in all regards. If you are looking for a accredited massage course, Evolve College were far superior.
