"Cancelled on us on our Wedding day"
We booked Shofur almost a year before our wedding. We booked two busses to pick us up at 3:45 and take us to the venue.
At 1:30 the DAY of the wedding, we get a call that only one bus was coming and there was nothing they could do about it. They delivered this message with zero empathy or understanding for what they were doing to us.
To make things worse, the one bus that showed up was 30 minutes late, leading us to miss a good portion of the reception time we'd paid for.
Additionally, the bus driver didn't know where we were going AND the bus was a total mess since they had just picked up a construction crew. Nicole Smith is now be shockingly rude to us with zero empathy...but they aren't making us pay for the bus we didn't get, how nice!

"HORRIBLE _ RUINED OUR WEDDING"
Shofur was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. If I could give these guys ZERO STARS I would. We hired 3 buses for our wedding. We had guests at 2 different hotels and wanted to ensure we had a third bus for an early departure time. The buses showed up ONE HOUR LATE to the hotels and then proceeded to get lost on the way to the venue. In addition, the company gave us incorrect contact info for all three drivers so we were unable to communicate with them. (Also, good luck getting in touch with this company over the phone if you don't have at least 30 mins to sit on hold). After the buses dropped off the guests an HOUR LATE, one of the buses proceeded to WRECK into a tree on the property and had to be towed away during our wedding. Because the buses arrive so late, the early departure bus ended up leaving later than initially scheduled and therefore did not make it back for the end of the night. So... only one bus out of three was there at then end of the night. The driver proceeded to get lost on the way back to the hotels again and then was extremely rude to my Dad when he tried to help them navigate. Aside from that, the buses were old and trashy and couldn't make it up the hill to the venue without THREE tries. HORRIBLE COMPANY WHO ROBBED US OF A PRECIOUS HOUR WE WILL NEVER GET BACK. Our family photos ended up being in the dark because of them, cocktail hour had to be cut short and my husband and I did not get our sunset pictures.

"Avoid this company"
Avoid this company. They are unorganized and horrible at communicating. We needed 4 buses arriving at 9am. 2 of them were late. None of the given phone numbers for the bus drivers were valid phone numbers. They all had been told the wrong address so if I wouldn't have confirmed on the morning of, who knows where they would have taken us. Overall horrible and stressful experience.

"Don't trust their representatives"
I reserved a bus for 36 people for a corporate event. The reservation process was simple and straightforward. A week before the event, I realized that we were going to need a bus that could accommodate 40 people. I called Shofur and spoke to our dedicated account representative and ask what I could do to make sure I had a bus that was big enough. I was prepared to pay extra, change the reservations, or whatever needed to be done. I was told by Shofur that fortunately, we were already assigned a 40 passenger bus so nothing needed to be done. It was only on the night of the event when I tried to fit my employees on the bus that we realized that the bus that arrived would only hold 36 people. The bus driver was very apologetic and said that the 40 person bus that was scheduled to come had engine problems and at the last minute was switched to a 36 seat bus. I scrambled to find transportation for several people, which defeated the whole purpose of our team building event.
Shofur has been absolutely unhelpful and unapologetic after I brought this to their attention. Their canned response is “well you agreed to the terms and agreement”. They do not care that it was their representative that told me I didn’t need to do anything. I had done my part to make the change to the reservation but Shofur will not honor it. I received several promises that a manager would contact me back but as of yet, I still have nothing other than it is my fault and I should have gotten something in writing. It is disappointing to say the least.

"THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE …"
THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING HURRICANE HARVEY RELIEF. WE HAD SCHEDULED A BUS TO PICK UP HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AT THE AUSTIN AIRPORT TO TAKE TO HOUSTON. THE FLIGHTS GOT CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER. THE RESERVATIONS WERE ONLY A COUPLE HOURS OLD, AND THE COMAPNY STILL CHARGED US OVER $8000, THEY PROVIDED NO SERVICE. WHAT A SHAME THIS COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF PEOLE DURING A CRISES

"Great company indeed"
Great company indeed. Shofur company keeps it work in time. They give out an incredible customer service to its clients. Their tours are always interesting as their staff is quite interactive. They have got clean and comfortable buses. Really great. I highly recommend them. Thank you

Shofur bus co. was a great bus company! I have used Shofur for many of my occasions more than once for long trips. A friend travels on roadtrips on group tours all the time and was afraid of not having enough space, I advised for her to use Shofur Bus. She enjoyed her trip with Shofur, the people in her group tour claimed that they had a nice time as well. I would like to send a proud two thumbs up to Shofur Bus Co. for a job well done as usual!

I never heard of them before but they were exceptional in getting us buses last minute. They saved our group and as a result saved us so much headaches.
Spoke to Alexander and he was super professional and courteous when I called him. He answered every question that I and kept us happy customers.
Although I know that they serve other markets besides San Francisco, LA and the rest of Cali I would use them anywhere!

SHOFUR was great. They found us a bus at two in the morning and I checked out through them. The process was really easy.
They called us after to make sure everything went smooth.
