"Avoid. Especially if mobility impaired.…"

Alfred the tour guide in San Antonio displayed nothing but contempt for our mobility issues and then broke the lock and brakes on my mom's wheelchair. The tour was not worth the money and Alfred was a horror. Avoid.

"Niagara Falls no-show"

I booked a trip to Niagara Falls on 25Jul24. Paid the £200 ticket and was told I'd be picked up at 8am from my hotel lobby in Buffalo. Got to 8:30am and as they'd not showed up I contacted them via GetYourGuide.
I was told that they had no tour guide available and coukd I make the afternoon. I couldn't. But to not notify beforehand is a terrible service. I would not recommend them - especially as the refund is going to take 12days. They soon take your money. They did apologise but I'll not be using either company again- first impressions matter.
I made my own way in the end and that was considerably cheaper than the £200 price tag for their ticket.
