8.00pm booking just now seated 9.35 party of eight this happened to my wife earlier this year , poor service lets see how long to get the meals on the table

Food is very overpriced, so all portions with low value ingredients. Service is slow and food is slower. 2 of the 6 people attending had sickness the morning after. Reported to health authorities

"Absolutely appalling"

Absolutely appalling, worst dining experience so far for me and my guests, worst hospitality, the worst service and horrendous food, took an hour after I asked to speak to the manager for her to come see me who’s first reaction was to point at my face and start the conversation with her saying “now listen” when I replied by saying “it’s you that needs to listen” she replied by saying “I will not have you speak to my like that” and walked away from me, we were part of a large birthday party and the food came out at all different times, baring in mind this was a set menu which we all decided on two weeks ago, the food was cold, some raw, on my table the food was served to each person at different times, we arrived at 7.30pm and the starters started to be served at 9.30pm, one of the guys on my table was given his desert before his main at 10.45pm, poor guy was so hungry he ate in that order, save your money and get a McDonald’s at least your food is hot on time and get a smile with thank a thank you and a standard of hospitality! I even have video clips of flys around and above the table I was at, nice decor but disgusting on every other level
