Total harassment from this company daily phone calls emails, i have no debt with three, i tried to contact them no email address, am not their customer, why they gave me a customer number?. They want me to log in to my account???, that I did never opened and once more again I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER! They harassing me. I don't own money for Three and I can prove it.

Just received a letter in the post from this ‘company’ claiming I owe money to my utility company from my previous address. My partner has logged into the account we used for this utility company and we have no outstanding balance to pay.
How these people got hold of my previous address, current address and knew which water company we used is actually pretty scary. And also how on the back of the letter it gives an actual bank account number and sort code that we can pay this outstanding balance to is clearly not a good sign.
I will not be paying these people anything and pray that nobody else does either. But I’m aware that a lot of people wouldn’t even question it as anything but legit.
