Our house sale had fallen through twice and we were desperate not to lose our ongoing purchase so we contacted My Homebuyers. Spoke to Kelvin who was very open with me about the retirement property I was looking to sell. Most companies don't offer at all, those that do will only offer 50-60% and he accurately recognised that wasn't likely to be viable. Very kindly Kelvin went on to answer my questions about how some of these companies operate and in doing so stopped me getting caught up in something that could have cost me a lot of money. I'm very grateful to him, he didn't have to give me his time and advice.
