"I took my PlayStation 5 to two places…"

I took my PlayStation 5 to two places for it to fixed after i had a problem with the board. i received bad news from these two places that my console was not repairable. i took it to OG repairs and they did everything possible to get this fixed and even delivered it for free. OG repairs is the best trust me, thank you guys

Absolutely outstanding service. Informative communication from start to finish. Extremely efficient turn around. I arrived at 10ish, indulged in a quite frankly amazing blueberry muffin and a well executed latte and within an hour of being met and informed of the repair method, I was given a full demonstration of one fully functioning and warranted PS5 Controller. I returned home to a very happy son, who, at 18, doesn't tend to communicate with us parents much but I certainly got chapter and verse on how much better it was and how impressed he was with it.
Overall a service I cannot recommend enough and I am sure to return for the Muffins if nothing else.

Found OG Repairs via Instagram sponsored post. I checked out their reviews and saw that they were highly rated. I filled out their form and within minutes I got a quote via WhatsApp. I was surprised that the price was a fraction of what Sony’s £300 out of warranty repair. Their warranty is 12 months instead of Sony’s 3 months. They did a phenomenal job whilst I waited in the cafe, which has a great bakery.

Brilliant results and exceptional value, the guys here are super speedy and really knowledgeable. My son had issues with two PS5 controllers, the dreaded stick drift was affecting one and the other needed a deep clean. Both problems were fixed within two hours (versus the 5-7 days quoted by the competition) and guaranteed for 12 months. We had a full explanation of the issues and the guys were so generous with their time and expertise, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again. 100% recommend.

Excellent and super fast service. Controller had drift stick issue. I went for the Hall effect upgrade. Went to drop it in to the office and it was ready to collect in the evening. I will be coming back with my other controller soon.
