I am so very impressed by the service I have received to date. They arrive on time and don’t leave until the job is done even if it takes longer than expected. They didn’t charge more than the very reasonable quote to install a new boiler etc. What was most impressive was that they returned to fix problems we raised (we complained that two of the radiators were not working and we just didn’t bleed the radiators like we were told to while the new boiler system was bedding in, and again when we accidentally turned the under sink hot water heater off and complained it wasn’t working). Overall best plumber I have used in my 17 years in High Barnet. So friendly, courteous and will use them from now on and have recommended them to all my neighbours and friends.

"Soto fitted a new boiler and radiators…"

Soto fitted a new boiler and radiators for us. He sourced a curved radiator and visited the property several times to make sure all aspects were covered and agreed before hand. Soto and his team worked really hard for us. A lot of effort and advice from Vaughn before the job and support from him in the days after.
On leaving the job, they cleaned and made sure everything was back to normal for us.
