Ordered 3 rolls of dtf film. Ordered arrived with one roll of the wrong type of film. Called and got a return shipping label and told them I needed my correct film asap as I am working on a large order. They overnighted my order, again incorrect. They sent 3 rolls of 8 inch (film), I ordered and only use 13 inch film. Called again to get the right items shipped. They told me I can keep one of the 8 inch rolls to use in the meantime (each print I am working on is at least 10.25x13 inches smh). Won't be purchasing my film here since they can't seem to get it right without a hassle. We'll see what arrives the third time. 🤞
