"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service. I ordered a package (heat press and Platens. several Platens are back ordered. When questioned about having to paying for a product that is needed and may get them in the future, services pretty much said that I should be happy that I was not paying more and my being put out is my own issue. even at the supervisor level that same message was relayed.

I hope if I ever need support in the future that it is better (I am hoping that this purchase was not a huge mistake).

One of the rhinestone transfer didn’t transfer correctly. I notified customer service and still do not have the meantime. Now I have a very unhappy because they don’t have their shirt for the weekend. Very poor response from Pro World.

"Cheap"

I had to glue the frames I ordered together as they came in pieces. The little stick to hold them up doesn't fit in the holes drilled for them. Altogether they were just cheap. As for the slate hearts to sublimate on, the sublimation material sticks out past the edges and looks cheap. I was just really disappointed with the items I purchased.
