"Site Lies (promoting selling lifetime license of OS software) and it simply does not"

I bought a "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2023 (windows) - Lifetime licence" which it responded by sending me an Email with the download file to Acrobat, with NO KEY or license. and just links to Youtube videos to show how to illegally attempt to download and use it, which are out dated and don't even work anymore.

Must admit the streaming service is absolutely fantastic, but customer service if you have a problem is abysmal to say the least. It can take hours, possibly days to answer,

Even though i canceled not wanting to go any further they tried to take a months subscription out of my account.

The description on their web site said the key would be good for 2 PCs. I received my key and tried it on the second computer and of course it did not work. So I emailed them about a week ago and still did not here from them.
Customer service is crappy.

You took far too long to deliver this. Your website showed this product as in stock, when I questioned the time it was taking to be delivered I was told out of stock, but still, your website showed in stock. Make sure you update your website to avoid low rating such as this in future
