L’app ha geolocalizzato male la partenza e ha spedito l’autista in un altro paese. Morale? A causa di un loro bug ci hanno rubato soldi dalla carta di credito come penale. Pessimi. Molto più seri Bolt e Uber.

"This is the most unprofessional cab…"
This is the most unprofessional cab company in the country. Please never use their services!!! It happened twice in a row that they left me waiting more then 30 min where there was written 2 min. Also they are very unkind and rude when you call customer service. Huge 👎 for this company. Im deleting app. Disaster

"Terrible"
Terrible. I went outside waiting to be taken to the airport, driver is late. I call eCabs and get a call from the driver that he's at the address at the same time so I picked the driver's call only to realise he's in the wrong place, adding more stress to the situation, especially given he wasn't Maltese and there are no landmarks near me so hard to explain! We finally got to the airport 5 mins later than planned (I was only travelling with a handbag, so time was of the essence given I calculated just enough time to arrive approx. 1 hour before boarding). As we're almost there, not to waste time, I asked him, how do I pay? And instead of talking to me, he showed me the amount on screen which was steeper than I was told over the phone and also hadn't answered my question. I got the card out and he said no cash.... I was never told to prepare cash when I was booking. Luckily I had some cash on me but he didn't have change so there I was wasting time again sitting there trying to find a solution. He never said sorry for the delay and to add insult to injury, the car stank of curry!!!! Made me feel sick at 4am! Unprofessional and time wasters!

"Unprofessional"
Very disappointed and inconvenienced. Booked taxi to collect from Malta Airport. Confirmed on the day pick up time and place. Waited at arrivals for 30mins. Called office and was told driver is parking will be with you in a few minutes. After 10 mins called office again. Told driver was there all the time but couldn't find me so left. What a lie. How unprofessional. I am in Malta for a holiday and will not be using eCabs.

"Extremely unreliable"
Extremely unreliable. Ordered a car, waited outside for the car to arrive, about 5 minutes in, I get a notification that the car has arrived, however app showed that the driver was about 0.5km away (location was updating as the car was moving). About 5 minutes later I get a notification that driver has been waiting too long and ride was cancelled. Customer service was very arrogant and rude, did not apologise, but told me to book a pro-driver instead.

Great service! Punctual and friendly reliable service, fair prices. Used three or four times during my vacation in Malta. Will definitely use on my return.

I tried to pay by card but was told it needed to be cash, so had to go into the airport to withdraw money. Then the driver didn’t have enough change so I was effectively short changed. I should have made him go into the airport to get change! Get your act together ecab!

"Excellent Service from eCabs"
We’ve used eCabs 6 times in our recent few days in St Paul’s. Can’t fault the service, prompt, polite and well driven. Cars have all been well maintained and clean. It’s made our visit to Malta worry free as they have been so reliable.
