"Definitely a way to save some money."
We travel to NYC frequently, and usually we stay for only one day. This time we decided to stay for three. I purchased the FreeStyle package with three attractions. There are more than enough choices on the list of attractions, cruises, and restaurants. We took the uptown and downtown tours and the boat tour. We definitely got our money's worth. We had to use a restaurant for our third choice because we saved the Intrepid and the Starfleet Academy Experience for two choices and ran out of time. My only complaint--I called CitySights and asked about the Intrepid. They told me that the Intrepid Museum and Starfleet Academy Experience counted as two attractions. It isn't true. The Intrepid is one attraction, and the Starfleet Academy is an add-on for $10 per person. I would buy a package from CitySights again though in spite of this.

"Great tours but bad service"
All the enthusiasm and excitement died at the ticketing office itself. Even after booking online, there was 1.5 hrs wait at their office because of long line. The people were very unfriendly and it was very hot inside the place. Luckily the counter person was nice and did a good job.
If you have small children or elderly people, watch out. This may not be a good experience for them to stand in that hot/humid office for 1+ hour.

"Very nice"
It was very nice to see New York from these buses, except when it rains of course... so don't buy it to much in advance, in order to see the weather befor! There are free earphones offered to listen to the guided tour, in several languages. The only thing that I didn't like is when the bus guy asked some tips, and told us that 3 dollars wasn't enough! it happened only one time with one guy.

"Not satisfied at all"
The stops are not always very visible. When we were left at Brooklyn's ferry stop we were not told exactly were the bus station was neither that the next bus was the last one so we missed it and of course we missed the Brooklyn tour for the day. Plus we had to run back to the port to catch the last ferry to take us back to the city otherwise we would need to go and find the train... The company's guy at the ferry should have given us instructions...

"First time tourist"
My husband and I used the tour bus our first time in New York. We had so much fun getting to see all of the sights and areas of New York. It rained while on the tour and we were given ponchos to stay dry. I would definitely recommend CitySights NY.

"Uncofortable tickets"
Only one notice: so many feets of voucher got the first day from ticket-office, aren't so smart to put in wallet. I advice a substitution of paper with a simple badge. For the rest, everythings good. Bye!
