I learned about this casino because they partnered with a content creator that i followed. I deposited a few and made some very good profit.
As i always do after hitting a win like this, I asked for a 2 week self exclusion. I think its important to say that i am not addicted, I simply take advantage of responsible gambling settings like that, was we should all be allowed. There was no setting for such on their website but since i hit VIP high, i was assigned a support agent. I asked my agent if i could be excluded for 2 weeks, to which he replied that I should simply not play. I insisted and she said that the casino had a minimum of 1 month policy for exclusions. That is a weird policy but given that fact i agreed to just chill and not play.
1 or 2 days later I was playing with some friends and i ended up losing some of that profit, Scared i might make the same mistake, i contacted an agent again, a different one this time, "Freya". I asked if i could be self excluded for 1 month to ease self control. She was somehow confused and asked what i meant by self exclusion, and i replied that it is a responsible gambling setting, that disallows me to deposit for said 1 month.

From 1 day to another, i was not allowed to take a break and the 1 month policy didn't exist. I confronted her with this fact, explaining how I asked for the exact same thing 1 or 2 days before and the answer was completely different, Because of my raising suspicions that this website was untrustworthy, I demanded a copy of my chat logs from the previous conversation with her colleague, to prove that i was assured about that policy,
She did not like that. This was the instant reply:

Yes. I am fully aware that double accounts are prohibited, so my account closure is totally fair. Although i had made 0 deposits, withdraws, bets or bonus usage on the other account, which btw was only created because i forgot I had already made an account with them, its not a coincidence that this fact was brought up only when i caught them in a lie.
My account was closed seconds after this. I was still able to screenshot this entire conversation and will provide you with them if you doubt the legitimacy of my claims.
I advise you not to play in this casino as they do not care for their users and would lie about their website's policies just to prevent you from taking a break.
