I had placed an order for collection from the Pavilions store and then realised that my son would be in town on the morning of collection. I sent a mail to change the order to the Dame Street location and Christie sorted everything and sent me through confirmation. Great service, well done Christie.

I had a complaint. I bought doughnuts twice in the same store and they weren't fresh. Staff replied to me almost immediately and continued to go so while checking out the complaint. Was very satisfied with the end result. Staff were very friendly and reassuring.

Christie, the customer care advisor could not have been more helpful and kind in her responses. She responded quickly and informed me very clearly of all the steps she was going to take as a result of my feedback.
