We had our bathroom renovated this week. Fantastic service from start to finish. Delighted with the finished job. All staff were a pleasure to deal with. Smooth service from start to finish. Andrew fitted our bathroom and left no mess. Rubbish collected within 2 days. Highly recommend this company. Thank you all.

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid at all costs!
Just had my bathroom transformed by this company, after a complaint about the finishing details, they did fix most of the cosmetic issues, however, they turned up, 4 blokes to one woman (me) with lots of excuses such as ‘the plastic hasn’t expanded yet so the shower screen trim leaks’ and their workers refused to leave until they got paid. So I paid. Upon checking the company bank details, my bank couldn’t confirm them, so I was forced to make payment direct to the worker (as I was also instructed to do so by the owner for the fitting). It seemed ok for a few days, however, I had a qualified electrician changing my light switch covers etc and it turns out the electrics were dangerous. The ‘splash resistant spotlights’ in a bathroom with no extractor fan, had been fitted but the mains power cables to them had had the earth wires cut. The mirror had been connected to the mains power directly, and, instead of them using the mirror cables, the earth wire had been left unconnected near the metal frame.
I was reluctant to contact Pristine Bathrooms again after the previous intimidation so I’m going to escalate this further. Please avoid!

‼️AVOID‼️ Done my elderly mums bathroom and has been a disaster since day 1 awful workmanship the mess left was terrible! I wish I’d seen these reviews before I got “Scott” who was nothing but nice till he had my poor mums money!!

"Don't use"
My mum had a bathroom fitted last year by this company and it looked great. Thought the guys had done a great job the main man called Pav. Everything was fine for a couple of months then the floor cracked and then came the problem. My mum contacted Pav and explained the floor was cracked and raised and he said he would come out and fix it. 17 no shows and numerous WhatsApp messages to scott/ martin....i say these two names because we don't actually know who is who because they are both down under the same mobile number??? Anyway 17 arranged appointments for Pav to come out before he eventually turned up! My mum actually waited in 17 times and this guy either text at the end of the day to say he now wasnt coming or just wouldn't show which is what happened the majority of times with no text no call nothing just didn't turn up. My mum would contact him absolutely fuming and Pav would just give excuse after excuse.... 'my van broke down' was one that was used a few times along with someone dying oh and a friends wife giving birth. Honestly just a pile of rubbish! My mum sitting in all these times, cancelling appointments and changing her plans around this guy for him not to turn up. My mum watches her great grandchildren so my daughter can work and my daughter had to call in work a few times to say she couldn't go in because she didn't have a babysitter because this guy was giving everyone the runaround. Anyway let's fast forward a few weeks of no shows. Pav eventually replaced the floor but it moves when you walk on it and it clicks. My mum contacted Scott/Martin again as was not happy and a few no shows later Pav eventually turned up again to glue the floor and said this would work but didn't. Now Scott/Martin promised if she wasn't happy they would send a surveyor out but 3 emails later and a few WhatsApp messages and guess what.... all is now quiet.... we are now playing the ignore the emails and messages game? They have 7 days to sort it or its going further! We have all the emails and WhatsApp messages and they will all be going to trading standards in a complaint! Oh and out of curiosity I enquired on their fb page about a bathroom and I was assured by Scott via private message if I chose them I wouldn't be disappointed and their reviews on their website etc is evidence of this but its funny how there's no bad reviews on here yet when you check trust pilot there's defo bad experiences. Yeah wish I had looked on here before mentioning this company to my mum. Feel like I've let her down with this one. My dad if he were still here wouldn't have made this mistake. Sorry dad!

"Avoid Pristine Bathrooms"
Had a bathroom fitted October 2021 & should have known from the start it was going to be a nightmare. New wet walls peeled & had to be replaced, floor complete disaster had to get them out various times to try & fix. 2 bad water leaks 1 so bad it brought part of the living room ceiling down.
I’ve now in March 2024 had it replaced & the new company couldn’t believe how bad it was when removing old bathroom, they have never seen pipework like it, cheapest materials used & under floor shocking 🙈 wish I had never let Pristine Bathrooms into my property 😡

"Paul was bang on time to collect his…"
Paul was bang on time to collect his money, the delivery was very good, guys chatty and helpful, then starts the problems. Pav and tj got keys to a empty flat on Thursday morning, and told they may need Saturday morning to finish. We went up Sunday to find every room in the flat like a bomb site, and only the shower tray fitted. By Tuesday 8pm they were still there, and there was a leak from pipework they were using. Pav wanted £200 to fix it. Phoned Paul who told him to get it sorted. Pav was nothing but a pure chancer, tj I found fine and he even apologised for everything once pav left. Next day we had water all over floor. Eventually after many calls and emails Bobby the pole appeared. The waste pipe connecting the toilet pan wasn't sealed, he took photos of the work, and said it was shambolic. Not only that no shower safety bar was fitted leaving the shower glass moving about, also some silver trim is badly scratched. The whole experience with this outfit I'd not like anyone else to have to suffer like we have. Phone calls and any contact has been ignored now for 2wks. I've now got a plumber to come check whats been done and sort this mess. Do not touch this mob with a barge pole. Poor workmanship, shockingly bad company

"Stressful experience"
From start to finish it was a pretty stressful experience dealing with them. I've marked them fairly as the price was reasonable and some of the tradesmen were really good. Unfortunately, having to deal with the owner, Paul, was the most challenging part. He wouldn't take accountability for any of the poor workmanship, the communication between himself and other employees was non existent, he included elements on the costing which were 'tbc' and stumping you with an extra charge on top, and he was generally quite aggressive.
It was meant to take 2 weeks but took around 6 weeks as they would send the odd tradesmen for an hour here and then to fit in between other jobs.
If you go along with everything he says and does then I'm sure he'd be fine but unfortunately for him I'm no mug.
I've noticed they've changed their brand to More Than Tiles but essentially the same company....why would you build a brand then suddenly change it? Pretty obvious really

"My nightmare bathroom"
My nightmare bathroom. in April 2021 I paid £8000 for (Pristine kitchens and Bathroom ) to renew my bathroom. First they told me that the job will take about 3 weeks but job took 6 weeks. After about one and half year radiator start leaking. Now in February 2023 bathroom starts leaking everywhere and tiles cracking everywhere too and damage my downstairs neighbour flat. I have contacted the company to come and take a look but they didn't. Now I have to pay for another company to fix the bathroom and my downstairs neighbour flat as well.

"About as unpristine as it can get"
If you want your worktops to be covered in mastic, uneven and then not sealed around your dishwasher and sink and then have the company say they will fit a new worktop but then not bring one into your house (thank god for
Ring door bell footage) then go ahead and give them a call. Oh they will also damage two of your cupboard for free too
Oh and to top it off when I sent an inspection report I was accused of forgery by the owner of the company…the same person caught on ring door bell footage allegedly fitting a new worktop in 1 hour and 14 minutes despite not bringing one into the house. Update - successful section 75 on my credit card to get back the money I have paid this diabolical company and the funds needed to
rectify their appalling work. Trading standards are also onto them.

"Amazing wetroom, kitchen & utility remodelling"
We had Pristine Kitchens and Bathrooms remodel our bathroom kitchen and utility room and they did not disappoint. From initial design and consultation to fit and finish, the quality of service and products has been second to none. Our rooms have been transformed into not only functional rooms but rooms with a 'one of a kind "wow" factor' design that everyone agrees is amazing. Paul, Emma and team have done an outstanding job and we are extremely pleased with the result. We would highly recommend.
