we are very happy with the purchase of sneakers, but very upset that we were denied the purchase of shorts. Why didn't they offer to buy another model? I would gladly buy what was available. You really let us down because we were counting on buying the shorts that were in stock at the time of ordering

I returned a pair of shoes, because they were too large on 21 April. The package seems to be delivered to Oqium on 26 April. I wrote the first mail asking if the shoes arrived on 4 May, four further mails the following days. No response and no money until now. Really disappointing.
