I would give 0 stars if possible. They were to fix our washer on warranty. First they called to reschedule for a week later, then refused to service the machine because it was a stacked system and required 2 people. We would have gladly turned the machine but they still refused.

"Worst Service Company!"
This is without a doubt the worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. First, the representatives that call to confirm your appointment play this automated recording confirming your appointment, except with the wrong details regarding the appliance/item they’re coming out to service. Either that or the Tech was just reading off of a script, not letting the customer speak. When I finally said hello for the 4th time, he stopped speaking. Then he greeted me and quickly began reading the same script!..I interrupted him to see if he could confirm the unit/appliance they were coming out to service. He did not have the right customer name or phone number. After I provided him with the correct information, he then stated that the Technician scheduled to come out needed an assistant and there were none available. He then cancelled my appointment. After calling Home Depot directly to address this, they put me on hold and called “Best Servicers”(wwwbestservicerscom) directly. Come to find out, because they didn’t bother having the correct customer information in front of them before calling, the tech assumed it was 2 units. A washer and dryer stacked unit. It is not. It is 1 single, combo unit. Now, instead of getting my unit serviced on October 23, 2024, I have to wait to receive an email or phone call regarding a new appointment date, whenever that will be. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this warranty service, nor do I recommend “Best Servicers of America” to service any unit in a customer’s home.

"Unprofessional from the phone call to the tech "
Best Servicers came out to attempt to repair our dryer. First time came out without parts and just reaffirmed what I’d diagnosed with the app. Second time came out and installed a new sensor but burned out an additional one. Third time came out to replace both work wrong parts. Fourth time came out and replaced original sensors. Dryer didn’t work still, called customer service and was told he needed to use the app. He couldn’t get his phone to work. So he said the dryer wasn’t repairable and put in the report that so we were told we couldn’t get another servicer out. Machine is 3 years old. Repair guy was very unprofessional the whole time and made us uncomfortable. We asked for another repair person and company twice but he kept getting sent. Incompetent workers = us having to wait 6 weeks for a refund from the company and buying a new dryer.

"No respect for my time"
No respect for my time. Said they'd be here between 9:00 and 11:30. Showed up at 1:48. No apology. Just "well, I texted and said I'd be late". (which he did, but he was even late from the text he sent). Then just shrugged, said he had to order a part and poof, he was gone. NO word when the part is coming, when they'll be back....nothing.

"Door handle of brand new Frigidaire…"
Door handle of brand new Frigidaire fell off and fridge door does not close properly. Michael Giboyeaux came out said it was a common problem and people had injured themselves, and it was a design flaw, and couldn’t be fixed. He sent us a report saying problem Solved - Completed.
Totally incompetent and because of delay waiting for this turkey, Lowe’s refusing to refund our money, so awaiting visit by Frigidaire technician.
I wanted to buy a GE product but Lowe’s said this was a better fridge, so suggest you use a reliable retailer other than Lowe’s and certainly avoid the Wild West service of BSA

"Very bad service from this company"
Very bad service from this company. We called Electrolux for a leaking problem in a refrigerator, they sent us a person from this company on May 23, 2024, they only took pictures of the fridge. Never called us again, never heard about them anymore. I called Electrolux today and they are sending us an in-house technician to check the problem.

"Don’t waste your money! After numerous phone calls then emails"
After numerous phone calls then emails, set a day and time to have them change the time and then they tell us they are having vehicle trouble and will have to wait another 5 days to get an appointment for a tech to tell us the new LG fridge is broken. they said after that they will send a repairman technician who will look at, order parts and make another appointment to attempt to fix it.
This company is horrible!!

"Service not reliable"

Service tech arrived for first visit and diagnosed the problem without ever checking the dryer. Said he would have to order parts. After parts arrived, it took another week for them to schedule an appointment to install. On the second visit, the service tech took the dryer apart and found that the parts they ordered were not what the problem was. After checking for other problems that might be causing the dryer to not work, he left saying that he could not fix the dryer because he could not find the problem. I received a work order that evening stating that he had ordered two other parts and would schedule an appointment when they arrived.
We had already been without a dryer for a month since first calling for service and will probably be another two weeks before they return. This company, or tech, is like a shade-tree mechanic that just keeps replacing parts until something works (or doesn’t).
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

They came out for a service repair. I found the serviceman lacked common manners, rude, condescending and left me feeling like I was a pest rather than a customer.
