Been a paying member for 10 yrs. Nothing is worth my time and money to endure the ongoing buggy problems. No technical help. No nothing. Not renewing membership. Wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy..

This used to be a fun site. Now nothing seems to load right except a few card games, and customer service IS ZERO for paying members. Constant java and flash upgrades and issues. How many freakin times do these things need to be updated for real. This should not be rocket science, these are games.... that wont load.... that members are paying to play. I wont be renewing.

"15 years on pogo....All wasted."
I have been playing pogo for over 15 years. When I first started it was great, really it was. 30 minutes of play on every game, followed by a 30 second ad, long enough to grab a drink, use the bathroom, or just stretch. But now it's 3 minutes of game time (IF YOURE LUCKY) followed by, and I am not exaggerating, ads long enough I TOOK A DAMN SHOWER and the ads still weren't over, apprx. 5 minutes.The games used to be fun, unfortunately now the chances of you actually winning against a computer is about as good as your chance of making it through the ads. It's really sad because I used to be a pogo club member, and NOW I will never visit Pogo.com again, I've never been so,disappointed. It really is pathetic. Goodbye POGO and good luck, scam artists.

"Billing fraud"
EA billed for several years after account was canceled, then when attempting to contact them to resolve the situation ran into an impenetrable wall. The rep insisted that in order to verify the (closed) account I had to give them my IP address. I did so, 6 times, and was still told the same thing. Anybody with the slightest inkling of how the Internet works knows that there is zero correlation between an account and the (temporarily-assigned) IP address of your computer. Was told that I had to complete this (impossible) verification before I could talk to a supervisor, and was hung up on.
