Have had brdy internet installed January 2023. Have had issues since July.
Customer service is now in Australia. If you get your phone call answered you are then just fobbed off that the issue has been passed onto their technical people.
No response has been received.
It is nearly two months now with no WiFi connection. They are happy to take your money but do not supply a service.

Never actually delivered the right product for my set-up, I waited nearly a year for them to resolve it, many ph calls and emails, but no action. Finally agreed to cancel the deal , and still waiting for a refund after 3 months

Within two weeks was very obvious the service connections were terrible. Internet dropping out altogether for long periods.
Unable to get any back up service.
A waste of time and money.
Do not recommend to any rural customers struggling without broadband as it is worse than the struggles of the no broadband service.

It is the worst experience we have had with internet with drop outs lags then running out of internet we ended up leaving within 2 weeks of installing as it was a waste of money and time after paying 600! In installing fees then having to pay another 600! To opt out of the 12 month plan is not fair in my eyes

I have had brdy/bigblu since march 2022. It seemed the best choice at the time ,reasonable prices and fast broadband . Ideal for our rural outlook. Not!
We have had intermittent dropouts most days, more if its raining . I have been in touch with the technicians and the instructions were hard to follow. How can you do a speed test when a. You have no internet. b. or every time you try a speed test it magically comes on at 24 mps. At the moment my speed test shows 4. All i need is a visit from a technician but brdy are reluctant to do this . I have just about given up

We had Bigblu installed about a year ago and had very poor reception (rural) with constant dropouts' multiple times a day. Their technicians weren't much help at all as they were in Australia. When looking for information online, we always had Australian sites listed first which was quite annoying. I ended up improving the reception by my own means. I will be cancelling when 12 months are up.
