"Never arrived"
I ordered a birthday box for my mother in laws birthday 48 hr in advance. The box was due to arrive the day before her birthday, she works shifts so a box that would fit through her letter box would be idea. It was a surprise so I didn't tell her it was coming. So by the end of her day shift on her birthday she hadn't texted me to say thank you so I message her. It turned out the box hadn't come the day before or on her birthday and she thought we had forgotten her birthday. She then spent all day today (2 days after it should of arrived) waiting for the post man. Still no box and its not at the sorting office either. Very disappointed. Don't bother trying to contact them via their website contactvis button send you to a blank page. Glad I paid via PayPal so can get my money back. Avoid

"SAME DAY DELIVERY"
I booked and paid for a SAME DAY 'Purity' bouquet of flowers online to be delivered to my daughter who was working from home on that day, but had a phone call at 16:30 to say they could not now be delivered till the following day!!! My daughter will be at work the following day so wouldn't be there to receive them! Why wait till 16:30 to phone me, if it had been earlier I could have arranged for something locally to be sent! Never use them again I think this was disgraceful service!

"Late delivery"
The box was delivered a day late than the date selected. I ordered 48 hours in advance. The contents were ok, but nothing special. I wouldn't order again.

"Not so much Amazebox.....as Pretty-Disappointing box"
Ordered one on the spur of the moment as a lighthearted Valentines gift for my Wife. The ordering process, uploading photos for customising the box and choosing the options in the box was a bit slow, but relatively straight forward.
Box was delivered as requested on the 14th, however when my wife opened the wrapping the box was uncustomised, no personal pictures (which I have since found out are stickers) were attached to the box. Upon opening also found that the Charm Bracelet that I had added as an option was broken. The chocolates were fine, and the Rose / Rose holder were also fine. Contact with customer services was only via email as far as I could work out, and although polite and apologetic it has taken a week for them to explain what happened and refund my money (I did ask for another box to be sent out.........but not happening apparently)
All in all.....a very disappointing and underwhelming experience !!

"Simply does what it says on the Box - Amaze's the Recipient."
First time I have used Amazebox.co.uk, its costed just about right, and it can all be done online, I opted for a Happy Birthday Box, and my wife was overwhelmed, along with her other more expensive gifts, she thought the amaze box was cute.
With 2 bars of gourmet chocolates, a single yellow rose in water, with a little stand, and a personalised card, pearl fashion earrings, is just enough to make someone smile, and posted out to the recipient by Royal Mail First Class, what more can you ask for, in the future they will do a deluxe box, wonder what will be in that, so in short - it does what says on the box

"Beautifully presented personalised surprise!"
I have just received my first AmazeBox - and it lives up to its name! I had the 'Just For You' box which contained body lotion, a rose and two bars of chocolates, not to mention a box with my photo and a card and photo inside. It really is brilliant, and with good value I will definitely be heading to the website to purchase presents for friends & family in the future.

"Disappointing Valentine Day Box"
My Amazebox was delivered on Valentines Day which was good but that was where it stopped!
The Amazebox was squashed, the red rose wilted and damaged and the box was supposed to contain red heart chocolates but didn't. They were poor quality blue discs and tasted like cooking chocolate - awful.
Never but from these again is my advice. I was very disappointed, as was the recipient.
