This didn’t happen due to COVID I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund and had no response. I would not recommend and will not book again

"Come To London"

I booked tickets and also got the refund payment. I booked tickets to go to Sea Life in London where I am also from. What they don’t show you on the website is that this is a French company and in order to get a refund you have to contact France. I called and was told my booking details were not showing and then was told I would get an email within 10 minutes which did not happen. I called the next day and asked for a refund and they hung up on me p.s I did also email them too. I ended up calling my bank to get a refund and told them I was being fraud by this website.

Site simple à utiliser et nos billets ont été moins chers que sur d’autres sites. Très chouette musée. Grands et petits se sont régalés.

Very unimpressed that you would not refund a child’s ticket that was a mistaken purchase (not needed as the child was under 3). This shows a poor ethical approach and lack of customer focus.
